TESTIMONIALS

Hi Karan
Kindest regards
Gail and Joff Jones

Well what a little gem you have there! The cottage is beautiful, as is the view from the patio window! The furnishing and your attention to detail down to CDs, books and even games is a credit to you both. The welcome pack was a lovely touch and very much appreciated by us all.
We've stayed in a lot of cottages over the years but yours is head and shoulders above them and as my mum says, "God willing" we will be there again next January, can't wait!
Many thanks

Hi Karan,
Despite the cold weather we had a good stay at Sandpiper - very comfortable. Denise went to see the dawn geese lift-off (the main purpose of the trip). I did a bit in your well-equipped kitchen and did a bit of watercolouring - not as much as I'd hoped. Had coffee at the Deli a couple of times and lunch at The Ship in Brancaster Staithe (would recommend). Also bought a lovely bass at the Fish Shed.
As I wrote in the visitor book the only drawback to your cottage will be it's distance from Devon.
Hope you have a good season.
Regards,
Ken

PS The Ship were welcoming and didn't mind our muddy boots.

Good morning Karan,
Just a short email to say how much we enjoyed our week in Sandpiper. Enid left some kind words in the Visitors Book - I would like however just to say that you have maintained and surpassed the high standards that Margaret and Spider set. It was warm cosy and really welcoming - we think that your touches are really brilliant - and the bed - wonderful. (However, that does have a small downside it that I think Enid will demand that we also upgrade). Lovely week in a lovely cottage.
The Deli - really very good indeed!
Thanks again,
Our very best wishes
Tony & Enid

Dear Mr & Mrs Harris,
Just a note to say that what a delightful holiday we had recently at your peaceful, cosy character filled cottage in Thornham-Norfolk.
All the facilities ensured a most comfortable stay.
We also appreciated the ample parking area & the fact that were country pubs / inns, restaurants & a deli/village shop were all within a gentle 10 minute walk.
In fact we are now checking the diary to arrange a return visit.
kind regards,
Mr & Mrs Morley

"Dogs Welcome"

A man wrote a letter to a small hotel in a

Midwest town, USA, he planned to visit on his

Vacation. He wrote: I would very much like

To bring my dog with me. He is well-groomed

And very well behaved. Would you be willing

To permit me to keep him in my room with

Me at night?"

An immediate reply came from the hotel

Owner, who wrote: SIR: "I've been operating

This hotel for many years. In all that time, I've

Never had a dog steal towels, bedclothes,

Silverware or pictures off the walls. I've never

Had to evict a dog in the middle of the night

For being drunk and disorderly. And I've never

Had a dog run out on a hotel bill. Yes, indeed,

Your dog is welcome at my hotel. And, if your

Dog will vouch for you, you're welcome to stay

Here, too."

                                                                           Fun at Brancaster!
